Winter Training Days are open to anyone interested in keeping in touch and staying fit through the winter.Â
This Week will include an aerobic workout; a lunch seminar; and a weights workout focusing on proper gym technique and strength to reduce injuries and be faster come summertime.

As an added bonus, there is a World Cup ski race being held there at the same time!

The Alberta Slalom Canoe Kayak Association will be holding their Annual General Meeting on December 8, 2012 at the Bass Pro Store in Cross Iron Mills shopping centre just north of Calgary. We would really love to have you come to our meeting and work with us on planning the future of slalom racing in Alberta. We have the best slalom program in Canada right now but we know we can do better. Your ideas and input are very important to us and we value your opinions.

National Jr and Sr Whitewater Slalom Championships. Events include K-1, C-1 and C-2. Mike Holroyd will be leading the Alberta team to regain the Brian Creer Cup for best province.
