Winter Training Days are open to anyone interested in keeping in touch and staying fit through the winter.Â
This Week will include a Cross Country Ski clinic, by one of our Canmore athletes; a lunch seminar; and an Aerobic ski workout to practice our new skills
As an added bonus, there is a World Cup ski race being held there at the same time!
