November's Training Day will focus on Agility, Aerobic capacities, Forward Stroke on the paddle machine and Nutrition.
Come hang out with the kayak crew and do some winter training!

Join us for the 8th Annual Sundre Paddlefest, hosted by the Alberta Whitewater Association in conjunction with Paddle Alberta and the Sundre Paddling Club, based at Red Deer River Ranches, west of Sundre on the Coal Camp Road.
