We have moved the Women's Whitewater Weekend to the Panther River Retreat with Sunset Guiding near the MountainAire Lodge and the confluence of the Panther and Red Deer Rivers. The Panther River Retreat is located 65 kms from Sundre on the Red Deer River Road. There are cabins, campground, showers and dining facilities on site.

Welcome to Fraser Fest!
The Bow Valley Kayak Club is stoked to be co-hosting Fraser Fest this year with Benny Clark and #theleagueofbeautifulminds. Aside from Benny’s epic paddle party, we are excited to announce the inclusion of our family friendly group-camp at Robson Meadows. Regular festivities will still occur as usual in the campground across the road. You know who to call!

Two days of great paddling on the Upper Red Deer River. We will be camping this year at the Panther River Retreat with Sunset Guiding . Come for a lesson or just to paddle with some wonderful people. If you have never paddled the Upper Red Deer this is a great stretch of river with many different runs on it - Grade II with some Class III features that make this one of the "go to" rivers for paddlers all summer long.
