The AWA and ASCK will be running its annual Summer Staff Training Workshop from May 1 - May 5 this year. The training will be centred out of Calgary with trips to the Kananaskis and Pincher Creek for the first Alberta Cup race. The schedule for the week:

May 3: Kananaskis - river leading, river instructing, slalom coaching, freestyle coaching
May 4: Pincher Creek - slalom coaching, canoe polo coaching
May 5: Pincher Creek - slalom coaching
