Join us for the 7th Annual Sundre Paddlefest, hosted by the Alberta Whitewater Association in conjunction with Paddle Alberta and the Sundre Paddling Club, based at Red Deer River Ranches, west of Sundre on the Coal Camp Road.

To participate in these events you must be a member of the Alberta Whitewater Association. We encourage you to join your local club; click here to find a club in your area. You may join the AWA as an individual, for an annual fee of $15. Click here to purchase individual membership. OR, you may select event only membership when registering for the event, for a fee of $5.

You can select your choice of camping, a cabin or a ranchhouse room. A limited number of cabins are available for those who would rather not camp. The cabins are in the same area as the campsite, except the ranchhouse which is a short walk/drive. Click here for more information on the non-camping options. Camping is in the main ranch yard with lots of space for tents and trailers. No hookups are available. Hot tub and shower house are on the grounds and close to the barn loft where all meals are served.

The event fee with meals (please bring your own dishes/utensils) includes Saturday & Sunday breakfast, supper on Saturday night, guided trips, and general organization of the Paddlefest. Or you can opt to eat on your own but the Sundre club is putting on a fantastic spread and all you have to do is show up.
