Registration Step 1: Alberta Whitewater Association Membership or Waiver - All participants must sign an AWA Waiver or Acknowledgement of risk form (U18). SUP and Kids race participants need AWA Membership (but not CKC License)
- Adult Waiver - Individual Adult Membership
- U18 Acknowledgement of Risk - Individual Youth Membership
- AWA Membership - Necessary for SUP or Development Events
Step 2: CKC License - Anyone competing in one of the five National Championships events must have a CKC competition license (Slalom, Downriver). This includes Liability & Accident Insurance.
Step 3: Event Registration - Registration Deadline Aug 8 noon - Each participant must register individually. After July 22 we can't guarantee t-shirts.
A) Multi-Event Registration - includes Food (Aug 17) & T-shirt - $130 Early Bird/$160 Regular
B) Single Event Form - If you are just registering for one event use this form (does not include food or T-shirt). Early Bird pricing in effect.
Step 4: Camping Form - Subsidized Canoe Meadows camping options - Individual/family; daily/weekly

Discount options:
1. A group rate may be provided for any bookings of 10 or more rooms that are guaranteed. If there any small groups they may wish to explore this option.
2. For individual bookings the best approach would be to have anyone wishing to stay sign up as a Marriott Bonvoy member (if they aren’t already) and make their reservations directly online or through the Bonvoy app. Individualized room bookings through the Bonvoy membership would provide the best range of options and discounts available for the individual traveler.
